Why I built Bay State Atlas

Most real estate sites give every buyer the same answer. They rank towns the same way for a $400k first-time buyer in Lowell and a $2M family relocating to Weston. That's silly. Your priorities aren't the average buyer's priorities.

Bay State Atlas lets you weight what actually matters to you, surfaces the trade-offs honestly, and uncovers under-the-radar towns the rankings miss. Every score, every hidden-gem flag, every drill-down comes from my own field notes and primary sources, not a third-party feed.

I'm a licensed Massachusetts real estate agent, but this site exists whether or not you ever work with me. If you find it useful and want a human to help you go from shortlist to closing, I'm one click away.

How I work

01
Area first, home second
We figure out the right area before we look at a single listing. A great house in the wrong town is a bad house.
02
Honest trade-offs
Every town has a downside. I'll tell you what it is before we write an offer, not after.
03
No-pressure pace
Some buyers move in 60 days, others take 18 months. I work to your timeline, not a sales quota.

Coverage

Statewide, with a focus on Greater Boston, the MetroWest 128 corridor, the North and South Shores, and the suburbs along the commuter rail lines. For the Berkshires, Pioneer Valley, and Cape & Islands, I work with vetted partner agents who know those markets first-hand. You always get a real introduction, not a marketplace lead-gen handoff.
